Then, do this until you have enough General experience to buy out all skills, strength, and will skills. Keep doing this until you have enough for Rank 2, then Rank 3, and finally Rank 4. Press Y, A(2) to remove experience from Speed into General experience, but the star will still remain. Go to "Skill", and notice "Speed" has one star. Press Start, and go into the "Skills" menu.
